The power of substantive knowledge during World Hotel 2025
During World Hotel, participants could attendthe substantive part of the event – the Hotel Innovation Forum. There were as many as eight conferences and show events that allowed them to gain up-to-date knowledge.
During the 3rd edition of the BEST Barista Challenge competition for baristas, you could admire the best professionals, but also support the culture of drinking coffee and promote the specialty coffee segment. It was also an opportunity to meet professionals and experts.
The Polish Association of Chefs and Confectioners offered World Hotel visitors culinary shows “Polish poultry – Polish cuisine in a modern edition”. It was an event combined with tasting, and the menu included innovative dishes made of turkey, chicken, duck and goose.
